If your enemmy is using cheap drone to aim his artilery on something expensive then the fact that u using some expensive system to shot it down is not as important anymore... but yes generaly there is lack of systems to shot down cheap drones. Polish company just started testing this https://youtu.be/bRWXxZ76cNg But the 2km effective range is very low and you need other systems for bigger drones.
