As a man from Europe that knows history i think we European should make everything to not make the mistake and make an European army as it is a German idea to create a high command that Germans will be able to utilize to prepare another World War... the fact that Germany is not allowed to have an independent high command is the only reason why we have so many decades of peace in central Europe...
