@Naschira Just make system with 1 year presidency->like in Switzerland->in one year you are not able to create a habitat of friends/people that owe you and will be working not for the country but for the guy in charge. But the biggest problem is to change exceptations of people that are fine with curent state of coruption and nepotism in Russia...

Rome was a republic and succes of Rome as republic was build also by the knowledge transfered to them from Greece. And what we can see in Russia and in your comment is complete ignorance to the knowledge from Ancient Rome and Greece! The funy part is that the coat of arms of Russia: the double-headed eagle having Byzantine and earlier antecedents. Why Russia is not using headless chicken?!

@volodyakaminskiy "Look how Crimea was in Ukraine, and how it became in Russia." Now its last nail to Russia coffin... Thx to the war for most of the last 8 year Crimea was strugling with electricity and water... so i can imagine how ABSOLUTELY amazing was life there thx to the Russian actions in 2014.

@Nukes4You "Russian language is not the same as English language and some vocabulary does not carry the same emotional connotation" LoL Russian and English are part of the same family of languages-> Indo-European ->the "emotional connotation" is the same... And yes the translation "to rule" is ok, you can also translate "to lead" but most importantly its nowhere near "to serve".
