@desperadox7565 Why i have the feeling that you and most of the commenters have no idea what this is all about... Draining 90millions of dollar out of company 10 minutes before it was sold do not sound like something legal and fact that it was done by lawyers company change nothing in this case. Lawyers don't have any privilage in this type of case and they are also full of "stablegeniuses". They did it because they were greedy not because they were smart and i would like to see the explanation that they gonna provide to the court why the bill was so idioticaly huge...
