@Stormcloakvictory You need to be some time traveler or something to get this idea that any modern military is using bolt action rifles for speed... Only snipers using it and only if speed is irrelevant, if speed of next shot is important then snipers gonna use semi automatic rifle(as they replaced bolt and lever action infantry riffles). Heavy military rifles using it to reduce weight not because it is faster than lever action.

@christiangladwell9837 Its Car but english pronunciation of C is wrong so you need to write it Tsar to be anything similar(but in the end it is very crapy attempt to pronounce it correct). ;)
