He is literally promoting here totalitarian type of world government that will be using AI to know everything about everyone... it is literally much more dangerous than any Putin territorial gains in Ukraine. And all that bad guys using also air, should we restrict access to air and water just because some bad guys using it? It is also naive to think that Russian government can;t make message app for comunication -> they have something like that for artilery coordination...
