@donniev8181 "There is no structural integrity to that pillar. " Literally everything in your comment is wrong... It have rusted rebars and iron have less volume than iron oxide aka rust -> concrete looks ok but rusted rebar pushed it out. They removing parts that have no structural integrity, the core of the pilar hahe no rebars so its holding... Is it safe? Nope as most likely other parts above are also coroded and there concrete needs rebars more than here where its mostly pure compresion..
