Honestly, by the sound of it I'm hoping they, the Greens, Beer party and SPÖ forms a coalition where SPÖ is small but can help keep the communist a little bit in check on the more extreme policies.

@lorenzovalsesia3721 We don't really have much corruption here in the nordic countries.

@rizkyadiyanto7922 No, really, we don't. It's not that corruption doesn't exist at *all*, but the levels are extremely low and usually in the form of free hotel stays, food and transportation to conferences etc rather then money changing hands. Lobbying and incompetence is a greater threat to our democracy then corruption is right now. That said, there have been some cases of people doing things that definitely raises eyebrows, even if no corruption has been proven.

@fka-Kaya Hum, I prefer our system here in Norway, it's less rigid. Anyone can create their own coalitions before a election, what party has the most votes doesn't matter for who gets to start the coalition negotiations. The labour party has been our largest party in every election since the war, but they've lost plenty of elections because they together with their coalition partners wheren't the biggest together. Indeed, sometimes a party may be among the smallest and still get the prime minister job.

@TheActualFuckingSun They where mentioned in the video. They're not a part of the establishment. And they don't sound like extremists. I'm mostly imagining them as a counterweight against the communists. And I believe that the best coalitions tend to be multiple smaller parties finding compromises rather then a few big ones. I'm a green voter in my own country. But I think they work best as coalition partners making compromises with other parties.
