Um, not really seeing why our government here in Norway would take part in anything like this? What would be their motivation? And our intelligence activities are monitored by representatives from multiple political parties, if Norway did this we'd have several parties likely aware of it... Including some that I suspect would not be all that happy about that kind of activities together with the US... While they'd obviously not say anything outright I'd expect some kind of hints at least that something was off around that time if this really happened...
