  1. +neftv1 The problem is neither the voters, the media nor the parties... There's 46 political parties in the US fighting for power on a national level right now. The issue however is the first past the post system. If you guys switch to a proportional system where you can have several different parties cooperating (and whenever someone isn't cooperating there's more then one other party to seek support from to achieve your goals) you'd get a more nuanced political debate and probably better governance as a result too.

  3. Heh, instead of breaking federal laws the states should probably go together as states and renegotiate the union into a more confederate form.
