  1. ​ @M.Đ-z4u Seriously, that's your answer??? You sound worse then the rednecks... Because we actually have a working education system. So you should know better then to mix up intelligence "(being"smart") and knowledge/education (usually required to speak a foreign language unless you have a large degree of natural exposure). Indeed the main reason Nordic people speak fluent English is a large degree of exposure to English due to having too small markets for local media to cover our own needs.
