34:01 Well, have you factored in that social security allows people to take risks and start up new companies easier? Or that social security leads to less crime? It may indeed pay for itself in that way as crime can cause a lot of harm to a economy, and more startups makes a economy more competitive with other countries. Also, another factor is that it helps smooth out the curves of the economy. If people still have money to spend in the economy when they lose their job more companies can keep their current employees even as things gets though, more people are employed, they have more negotiation power and higher wages and you'll get more taxes in the long run.
