7:52 There's more then 8 NATO nations bordering Russia. Norway has a land border with Russia. But it's small enough that it's assumed that NATO troops can be moved in before Russia can push too far. Also, Norway has always tried to have a less antagonistic relationship with Russia then most NATO countries. So not having permanent NATO troops and instead just a whole lot of frequent joint exercises like "Cold Response" is preferred.

1:34 Almost, but not quite. Stoltenberg, not Stolenberg. The "t" is not silent.

@ananas_anna Not to mention that they have a separate legacy going back to the missionary work among the Sami people... He created a wakening among Sami people, not just in Sweden, but here in Norway as well, where the Swedish state church didn't have as much influence.

What about using the word "life stance" instead of religion, if you plan on making a chart including both atheist and theist organizations? Also, considered mentioning some of the most prominent non-anglophone atheist organizations?

47:00 Older then the Egyptian ones?

Um, wasn't Newfondland a independent country for a short while? (Neither a part of the UK nor Canada)

Um... Wouldn't it be reasonable to consider the Cathars etc as proto-protestants too? The Albigensian Crusade probably played a role in laying the ground work for protestantism if I'm not much mistaken...

8:31 It's so weird to hear about how Americans think that letting cat's have freedom outside is bad when we over here think it's basically animal cruelty to keep them indoor... Mind you, there are differences between Europe and the US. Different car cultures and a different wildlife.

@UsefulCharts They might live longer outside. But it's a matter of quality of life. As for why I consider it a difference. The US has more cars and less walkable enviroment so I believe there's a higher risk of the cat being run over. Simply due to the differences in city planning. Animals there are also less afraid of humans, so there's more risk of predators capable of killing a cat being close to human inhabitation while our predators have experienced so many generations of hunting that they avoid us at any cost and can't be found near our settlements where they might encounter our cats. There's also differences in what diseases are present. For instance rabies is a thing in the US, while it's essentially extinct on the mainland in my own country. Now keeping cats indoor is better for other animals, since cats tend to be proficient hunters. And the American wildlife isn't even close to being adapted to dealing with cats. They're a tough match for our animals too, but at least they've lived with cats for long enough to not go extinct because of them anymore (the animals that could be driven to extinction by cats have already done so). So there's definitively differences between the continents there.

@UsefulCharts Yep, all the anti-outdoor articles I'm seeing seems to be English language ones. Norwegian ones seems to be neutral mostly arguing in that the personality is the deciding factor. When I look at German ones it seems like more focus is on the neigbourhood with the articles advicing against it if there's busy roads nearby, forests that's being used for hunting nearby or if there's neighbours nearby that might dislike (or hate) cats. Canadian french articles seems to share your view... Okey, so far out of 3 french articles 2 are negative to outdoor life (one canadian one and one whose nationality I'm not sure of, and one is more neutral but focuses more on what a cat actually needs in their territory be it outdoor or indoor. The later of these seems more credible though given that it cites professors in cat behavior etc from several different countries. One American, one Italian and one Swizz. Some of these experts worked on trying to prove that indoor life is not harmfull to the cats, studying multiple cats sharing the same house without a garden for instance and how high or low the conflict level between them where. I'm still working on going through work about the topic in various languages. I'll get back to you on this in a bit.

For a "spiritual" atheist position try the simulation hypothesis.

Any chance of a Collab with history time? He covers a lot of really old history that could do with some charts, maps etc.

Not a bad game from what I've heard, but I'm partial to its predecessor, CK2.

You really should read up on Curland. It was a separate country, and a tiny colonial empire at one point. The areas making up Curland is now a part of Latvia.
