  1. This sounds good on the surface. But the devil is in the details. And I saw major issues with most (if not all) of the pillars. Don't get me wrong though. I think aspects of each pillar is good too and can be salvaged into something good. But if I was in a position to veto this I'd veto every single one in their current form.
