  1. 8:30 Minimum speeds? There's no such thing in my country. We have maximum speeds. But on all our roads you're supposed to slow down in certain situations. Usually weather related, but also near more urban areas, on slippery roads, in rain, when driving heavy vehicles, when close to schools etc, etc, etc... 80 km/h (ca 50 mph) is the max speed most places in the country although there's a few exceptions where you can drive faster...
