  1. "This is definitely a special planet" (or something to that effect)... Yeah, we'll have to agree to disagree on that one... It might be special to *us*, but ee have no evidence of it objectively being all that "special". The estimates that I prefer for the number of civilizations in the universe outs the number in a galaxy our size at about 6, us included if I don't remember wrong. So assuming that the estimate is correct that would mean that there's five other civilizations out there, non of our digital dignals have ever reached even a fraction of the way to any if them. At most they might have detected that there might be gases in our atmosphere that is generally created by life from 100 000 years ago, if they're lucky with the alignments allowing them to see the suns light passing through our atmosphere once a year, but that's assuming that they even know that the sun has any planets at all... As for the people interviewed in this video... I'm kind of shocked that the education system of any western country can leave people that ignorant... I get not knowing all the planets or the number of stars pr galaxy or galaxies in the universe... Or exactly what percentage of the solar systems mass is just the sun. But having a rough idea of the sun being big etc... Like being able to order the list correctly etc...
