  1. ​ @MrDanisve  No, Nordic conscripts are the main force, not just muscles for the "professionals". And their training is on par with professional armies, although saying that they're superior is a stretch... Heck, we have special forces made up of conscripts that indeed are superior to regular professional infantery. But each type of conscript learns what they need to learn for their role. And our armies will have strenghts and weaknesses compared to a professional army. That said, there's a big difference between our armies and battle hardened troops like the Ukrainian or Russian right now. In case of a war we'd need a few months to get the experience of your armies. Getting burned by bad choices and forced to adapt to situations not expected etc...
