You could probably get there without Norway having any way of stopping you. However if there's any proof of you being there afterwards (like say a corpe or any garbage) then of course you've commited a crime and they'll react accordingly... (Most likely a hefty fine for you, or if you're dead your estate, aka your next of kin)

5:19 The only real overseas dependency? There's quite a few other ones that I reeally don't get why you wouldn't call "real"... Bjørøya, Svalbard etc...

@Garryck-1 I'll have to admit I'm not familiar enough with our laws to say for sure. But I know that you can get debts that ends up being owed by the estate, and as a next of kin you have to choose to either accept that debt together with the estate or reject the estate and in the process also avoid the debt here. However, I believe the examples I'm aware of was for property, not fines etc... I believe that you're probably right about Norway not fining dead people (not sure about "missing" people). But there's certainly other countries that do fine people and expect their families to pay.

Week? How on Earth would they be able to get someone to both drop them of there and pick them up from there within such a short time span? Try three months and maybe it would be possible...
