Well, technically Denmark and Sweden where arch enemies for the majority of their history with more wars between each-other then England and France. And for a huge chunk of that time Norway was in a personal union with Denmark sharing the same king, essentially being the same country in a lot of ways... As a result Norway and Sweden have fought a lot of wars with each other. Of course these days danes and norwegians only fight the swedes with jokes (and of course the swedes does the same) Prior to some UN lead wars in the nineties (I think?) Sweden hasn't taken part in any wars since the Norwegian independence from Sweden (and I don't think there was any before that either since Sweden fought Denmark-Norway during the Napoleonic wars... Anyway, the wars between Norway and Sweden after Denmark-Norway lost Norway where mostly stand offs with no real military activity and mostly just diplomacy with some military maneuvers included to back up the respective sides arguments with few or no causalities caused by enemy fire, although some died due to accidents... Of course I don't remember everything exactly so I won't say any of this under oath...

Yes, that does sound about right. That said, Norway would probably have a tiny edge in winter combat in terms of mobility due to skiing being a slightly more popular sport in Norway then in Sweden making the Norwegian soldiers just that tiny bit quicker on average while more of the Swedish troops would be an urban population not really that used to skiing. Also, Norways main sources of income are oil platforms that's quite distant from Sweden, I'm guessing that the distance would make it harder for Sweden to significantly harm the Norwegian economy then the other way around, especially since a war between the two nations would disrupt trade going to and from Sweden by sea due to the nations location. And add to that the economic damage from losing Norway as a trade partner in the first place... Honestly while Sweden might have a bigger population I do think Norways economy would be able to be able to counteract much of the advantage of the Swedish population in a long drawn out war of attrition. Sweden would simply run out of money for new equipment long before Norway would leading to Norway getting more and more of an relative equipment advantage the longer such a war would last. My guess is that such a war would end in a stale mate.
