  1. Some EU subs have enough of a technological edge to essentially be able to almost ignore US anti-sub assets and operate almost freely. They do have limited endurance though...

  2.  @w0mblemania  Remember when Sweden sunk a US carrier in wargames, not just once or twice but repeatedly? Don't get me wrong. It has limitations, and wouldn't be able to strike US soil due to lack of endurance. But for the defensive capabilities it's designed for, it would definitely be a serious concern for the US.
