  1. shrugs Your loss. That said, EU citizens entering the country that fail to gain a job within six months of entering can be expelled from the country. Something that I do not believe is the case currently in the UK.

  3. Correct. Unfortunatly. Freedom of movement is a positive in my view. But freedom of services, capital and goods isn't always a positive. That said, we are excluded from the rules with regards to agriculture and fishery. We do have customs checks for goods entering and exiting the country. And we can expel EU citizens who fail to get a job within 6 months of entering the country among other things.
