  1. Well, Norway just reintroduced fees for education in Norway for non-schengen citizens (we used to give free education to anyone that managed to get in when applying...) Germany still offers free education I believe, and Sweden I think?

  3. How does this match up with free education countries? Germany and several other countries have free education even for non-citizens. Norway used to have it but we recently reintroduced a fee for non-EU/Schengen citizens...
