  2. 5:33 I don't know. He didn't argue for single individuals to lead did he? But with a indirect democracy like ours here in Norway people who are interested in leading can specialize in it and make it a profession. It's still a open enough system that just anyone can become a politician though, and we have a pretty decent education system as well. I think that he would have approved? Although I'm sure that he'd have found things to criticize about our system too.
