Those European signs takes about as much time to process as a single one of those letters in those signs, the rest of that time is wasted time where the driver is paying attention to a sign instead of the road... 14:09 Exactly. 19:15 Not really... People in Norway, Sweden and Denmark cycle around in the snow, sleet and rain, even in windy conditions and even on icey roads... So you really don't have a excuse over there... People bike to schools, jobs, stores, kindergartens etc...
