2:56 Montenegro is in the Balkans. It's a region that has had a lot of war over the years. The first world war was caused by the region and there was warfare there as late as the nineties. Some countries in the region still have serious landmine issues. Montenegro has a lot of mountains though, so I expect them to have less issues with mines then most countries in the region since they could use the terrain instead... You really should go there on vacation some day. It's a good vacation destination. But I don't think it'll be a desirable place to move to for people outside the region for a few more generations... Also, use some common sense there. While not dangerous there is more crime in the Balkan region then in northern or western Europe still. Something that I expect will improve as the economy does.
