@Mrequine1 Probably a little bit. But there's going to be differences too. Remember that AMD does do custom hardware. So Microsoft and Sony may add extra secret sauce to their SOCs. And there's also software differences between the two. I mean, MAC and PC is the same hardware these days, but you can't always play the same games on both.
