  1. Regarding Ryzen overclocking. Past the first gen Ryzen chips don't use fixed clocked overclocking. Use PBO instead. Both Ryzen 2xxx and Ryzen 3xxx give you better results with PBO and XFR then fixed clocked OC on average unless you go LN2 or have a golden chip. With the Ryzen 3xxx series you can get 4,3 GHz all core OC AND higher single threaded OC *at the same time*. Yes, there's a lot of new things you need to learn. Like using negative voltage offsets to reduce the heat in the chips allowing higher PBO OC boosts on Ryzen 2xxx series chips for instance. And yeah, it's not perfect. But it does work.
