For Ryzen I recommend memory at 3200 MHz or higher (if you're able to run higher) with tight timings (past 3200 MHz it can sometimes be smarter to try to tighten timings then to try to increase clock speed on the memory) As for GPU performance. Nvidia seems to favor Intel more often then not while Vega 64 will occasionally perform better on Ryzen then Intel and often fall less behind Intel when it does not surpass Intel. Anyway, I like your honesty.
