  1. Make green trade unions. People over 50+ might be a majority of the total population. But they're a much smaller portion of the total workforce then they are of the total population. Green strikes and working for the environment with wages and other concerns being lower priority could force the older generations to recognize the environment in return for the work and tax money needed to fund their pensions. Sacrifices has to be made by everyone. But if we can get the older generations to the negotiation table perhaps we can find better solutions.
