What a unprofessional civil servant... In civilized countries they serve in their job under multiple different governments and are hired for their qualifications not by politicans or elected in. And said civilized nations have more than two political parties with a government form where you don't have a single party holding pretty much all power after an election. Instead victories and losses are partial with influence increased or decreased based on popularity, something that also means that there's actually incentives to work together as someone else's success doesn't automatically equal your own complete failure to get any of your own valued represented...
