  2. No... Greenland is populated by 88,9% Inuits, Danes only make up 7,8% of the population. The country might be a part of the Danish kingdom but it's its own nation creating its own laws etc. It has all three branches of goverment. And even they even take part in some foreign affairs with diplomatic missions to the US and EU that's separate from Denmark although Denmark handles relations with all other nations, defense, and retain sole legeslative power in some areas still. Denmark also covers about 1/3rd of Greenlands budgetary needs.
