@VienPeaaace ietnam had two sides, two goverments. And while there was election fraud and other problems in the south it was still at least periodically a (very flawed) democracy... The north wasn't. It's not as black and white as one side being evil and the other good. There's nuances at play there. And different factions of the vietnamese society supported different governments. Even today the south and north have different values and the south is being forced to live by the values of the north, for better and worse...
