  3. Um, Mongolia favoring Russia? My impression was that they're turning towards the west recently to get alternaties to Russia and China. Obviously it's a delecate balancing act given their location... I'd probably put them in the "I don't care" category myself. They obviously care a lot, but they're trying to balance the west, China and Russia all without pissing anyone off. Especially their neighbors...
