  1. In my way of thinking, electric cars have a place and that is one where a huge range is not required. On the Channel islands 25 years or so ago, they had quite a few electric Citroen delivery Van's. They would have been very low tech but were perfectly suited to the job. Strangely, it is Citroen who have again produced the perfect electric city car.
