  1. I guess a lot of you will not have any idea of how many guys between about 20 and 40 who are apparently fit and healthy die from SADS every year. Up to around 2019, about 500 each year went this way. Who remembers more than a few footballers who died or very nearly did before around 2019? And all that was before cocaine and some other naughty substances became really popular with people like that. Remember how some countries report cause of death?
