Or what anyone says on any media run by big business (like youtube???)

I have a question for all of you wonderful people: Why is it that so many people seem to be mocking and ridiculing people who, rightly or wrongly made what they saw was an educated decision to have the vaccine following the apparent death toll in some countries? If the antis were so convinced that they were right, why not keep it to themselves? Could it be there may be a more sinister reason for them declaring that they were anti vax? After all, they seem to fall into two distinct groups, the largest being the ranting "freedom" loonies who are very easily persuaded to jump on ridiculous causes (eg climate change activists etc). The second (and definitely sinister) lot seems to be from those who might benefit from others not being vaccinated and dying off - specially when they might be the weak or undesirable (from their viewpoint) amongst the population?

Hi Neil, just wondering where your £5 million came from? Was it the BBC by any chance? It is interesting to note that many of the people from groups suffering disproportionately from covid are those who the far right wish to get rid of - funny that, specially when you saw some of the speakers at protests last year, most of whom appeared to be typical "Master race" types?

@shinealight5002 A very good friend caught "it" before the vaccine was available and his description of what he went through was frightening. I also remember finding out about the death toll in some poorer countries where corruption prevented ordinary people getting the vaccine.

Did you know that the number of cases of serious food poisoning (including fatal! ) dropped dramatically during the lockdown, as well as a couple of other health issues).

@mariecurie7491 The number of cases of SADS has always been surprising, going back many years. It tends to typically affect apparently one healthy people in the 20 to 40 age group. I recall more than a few famous footballers etc going (or nearly) that way. If you doubt this, totally trustworthy historical data can be found.

The big reason you have nbmet anyone who regrets not having been vaccinated is that they are dead or got done after they recovered from covid. Would you regret not having a tetanus vaccine if you caught it? It seems that quite a few people are with a worrying number dying.

Triple vexed and proud of it, mind you I am from a vulnerable group and live in one of the hotspots, so I guess that has probably saved my life.

@andyetheridge No, they are just paranoid in the opposite direction, but at least their paranoia is harmless.

@peterchapman3740 I guess you mean a day off work sick? Doesn't mean you are not seriously sick in other ways?

@satyashivatao9326 Wise words- I only hope I go like my father, aged around 70, other wise fairly fit, then a massive heart attack ( heavy smoke all his life). I do not fancy the way mum went - virtually no quality of life for the last 10 plus years of her life. I based on my family's Male predecessors, I have around 6 years left which I will make the most of.

@edglue6138 Or talk to people who come from or regularly visit affected countries? No sure how they faked all the deaths in the part of India where my daughter in law's family come from?
