  1. I find it odd that Sowell (who is normally spot on) mocks the Pope for saying that the so called trickle down theory does not work yet says that there is no such theory. It seems to be the main stay of many governments policies for helping their rich friends and making the excuse that this money will "trickle down" to the lower levels in society.
