All the people who moan about train drivers pay ought to become train drivers. Just the same with all other jobs where people think they are over paid.

@Belisarius1967 Totally agree there. The only way to get a real pay rise has always been to change jobs strategically. I have done it a few times without changing the industry I worked in (and loved) until I was reasonably well off.

@TheMaleRei A little bit of both there. The politicians are still just as dishonest as she was and we haven't declared war on on insignificant country just to make th PM look like a hero for a good few years.

@sadwingsraging3044 Thatcher just knew what around 33% of the voting population wanted to hear and promised them that. Yes, she did actually do one or two good things, but it was her policies that led to the ambulance chasing (and worse) solicitors and lawyers who have ruined so many things for so many people and made the UK become one step closer to all the bad things that America has.
