  2. This is a very old thing. Anti depressants have been known to cause really serious issues for many years. Worse still is the fact that some forms are used to help quit smoking with disastrous consequences like my daughter in law suffered.

  3. Exercise including cold water swimming plus a balanced diet (not veggie or vegan) are the best cure. That and growing a pair as they used to say.
