It is quite interesting that when I was at school, nearly all the teachers were out and out Tories with some even standing as councillors etc. Now that the "masses" have been going to university in great numbers it seems to be the opposite.

@MrMjp58 The issue when I was at school was that I was from quite a poor family so got looked down on by many of the teachers. It didn't effect my education though and I still managed to get a decent job, good enough to be able to retire 4 years before state pension with a 40 foot sailing yacht and no mortgage.
