  1. Totally agree, we have had tennants in our "spare" house who have trashed the place, despite getting very low rent on a lovely house in a fantastic location. Some people are so "entitled " I am surprised that they can even wash themselves!

  4. I could probably buy a row of houses in Grimsby for what I have in my current account. There are so many charities out there claiming to be helping the poor but not actually trying to do anything long term about poverty. It is a bit like making washing machines- it is possible to make them to last for many years at not a much higher cost. However, this is bad for business as you would not go on selling them. If charities that helped the poor did it properly, the number of poor would gradually decrease and in the end they would not be needed. Not good if you are the CEO!
