  1. Home schooling is fine if the parents are capable of doing a good job. Sadly, looking round, how many parents are even vaguely capable of educating children? They can't even bring them up to school age properly. The other thing is where they are being brought up by extremists of any type or where they fall off the system and into serious abuse and neglect.
