@vincentrathbone26 You mention bone structure and if you compare various races you will find that there is a considerable difference between certain races, especially the skull but also various limbs that make some people significantly better athletes.

@AndersJackson Nearly all western European people are not pure homo sapiens but are at least part Neanderthal. Recent research indicates that this might actually explain why we tend to be more intelligent than pure H.S. peoples.

Weirdly, it is actually conceivable he could have been at least part western European given how far back trade with the middle east goes.
