  1. I went to a Christmas meal the other night in an Indian restaurant, run by Bangladeshies and one of our lot was a Muslim girl, complete with headscarf. Now that is tolerance!

  2. The Christmas tree is a hangover from old European religions from when Christians adopted various of the old festivals to get people on their side. This year, as ever I will have a tree, some holy & mistletoe and give presents and celebrate. I even like the fireworks used to celebrate other people's festivals.
