  1. Many of these changes have been brought in to try and stop scum from cheating and dipping their hands in the tills. It never was a huge problem but with more and more "visitors " coming into the country you can see why it is necessary!

  2. All of this tracking of people and even DNA has a weakness. Just lend your phone to a friend who travels to another part of the country while you commit your crimes. With DNA you can very easily frame someone or at least throw the police off your trail by planting someone else's DNA.
