What if the child had inherited the condition?

@MakeSureYouCleanUp You failed to mention that strict anti abortion laws put a lot of young women at risk because they are forced to go to back street abortionists or even try do it yourself methods. Alternatively they simply go / fly to a place / country with little less backwards views.

@iPlayOnSpica You raise a huge number of very valid points there. The American economy is geared around ordinary people making the rich much richer by getting them hooked on the myths of freedom etc. By degrees, most western economies are somewhat similar but tend to not be so extreme (yet!). You only have to see the extreme wealth gap in the US to see this when you compare it to say European countries. I was really shocked to see such graphic illustrations of the gap in Florida where along the seafront there was obvious wealth yet three streets back it felt and looked like a third world country and not a safe place to be.

No one has yet given me a proper, believable explanation of why it is a problem. Most of the reasons quoted have been fed down from the top where they need a huge workforce and high unemployment to keep labour rates down so they can make more money. It also means more houses have to be built which again raises more money for them.

@birdieboy02 We know where your mind is young man, six of the best for you!

Less Japanese in the world sounds like a good thing to me due to the ridiculously high population density out there.

@floridaman318 When you see how some of them live I might just be right. Less Americans would also be good for the world!

Is it really a problem? Just think how the world population has increased over the last 20 years compared with how it did maybe 100 years ago.

Then it will soon reverse as situations change. It is simply part of evolution and really nothing to worry about unless you rely on a cheap workforce due to mass unemployment to keep you rich and them "in their places".

@ericsurf6 Previous UK governments tried to bribe the poor into having more kids with child allowance etc. They thought it would reduce poverty but it had the opposite effect because the chavs (white trash to the Yanks) just bred and bred so they had more money for booze and cigarettes etc. The politicians got the votes they were after so they didn't care.

@@MagicGhost47 But are they being taught to spell?

@davidjacobs8558 And directly proportional to civilisation and education.
1
@l-kin3480 And there are way too many of them as it is!

chairmanxijinpooh8392 Might be developed but far from civilised!

@davidjacobs8558 Your right regarding birth rates but my comment was with respect to falling birth rates.
1
@DrawntoRetroTech Another contributor is that people are no longer willing to be pressured into having kids because that is what is expected of them by "society".

@davidjacobs8558 Are you a supporter of ISIS? Sounds like their plan to dominate the world. Why not go right back to when few men had any rights and any chance of bettering themselves then?
