  1. One of the best all round solutions is population reduction targeted at the poor countries as that will reduce the number of people living in poverty.

  2. The big issue that I have with recycling plastic is that it seems to be done in a too high tech way. There must be a very much more basic and low tech way, basically more like reusing it. Or better still not use plastic when there are better substances to use.
