  1. Maybe prison needs to be made very unpleasant for unpleasant people? You cannot change these people what ever you do to try and re-educate them.

  2. The way these kids talk is not natural (to their location) and is mimicking some of the worst in society ("innit" seems to be the word of choice). I really don't know what needs to be done, other than something really serious and permanent!
