I was under the impression it was building societies doing this. Banks are normally far too greedy to care who or where the money comes from, hence the need for laws to try and control money laundering.

@KBSMasterTV I was really just playing a bit of a devil's advocate, but we are only hearing one side of both of these cases. The building societies (which I believe they were, rather than banks) obviously did what they did for a reason and companies rarely do things like that without considering the implications. Decisions are normally made based on known customer base and how publicity of different types may effect them.

@KBSMasterTV What if he had become involved with certain activities for which the church has been paying compensation to the survivors of (now they have grown up), of late?

@kalinkapavlova9398 It seems vegans views are protected but I have yet to hear of one being charged with hate crimes for some of the vile threats they make to normal people going about their legal activities.
