@thomasandrewmcgonigal5150 I her parents had been responsible she would never have ended up in the situation in the first place.

@halley4032 It is illegal to treat people differently because they are disabled in any way among many other things.

@johnmuller5342 Ever thought she might have been having lady problems? That has been used as a get out of jail card by women for murder before now!

@chriswest6090 What if the girl had caused serious harm to an innocent person and the police had just talked to her nicely?
3
@fenrifegads5571 She was a young woman and they can be very touchy at certain times. Maybe they should not be in the police?

@handsomejack5787 But does it make it good or right? When I was that age a kid like her would have got a thick ear from the local copper and the same from mum or dad when she was dragged home by the ear.

@stephenwabaxter They also need to be respected so it works both ways.

@rosemarywalker924 Too many people are happy to hide behind excuses for unacceptable behaviour these days, just look at the JSO protesters and the mob in Oxford street.

@gpw203 I am sure that the first two incidents were not exactly as you state (even if they did occur). As for the antique shotgun incident, please describe what type of shotgun it was as a breech loading shotgun could be 150 years old but it would still require a shotgun certificate and thus to possess one without would carry a minimum sentence of 5 years according to the law.
1
@GleeSmee Like squaddies then?

@gpw203 Regards the shotgun, you have not said if it was ml or breech - it does make a huge difference legally. If it was a muzzle loader, then he should have got BASC or similar to fight his case (they do so for free). If it was a breech loader (other than a pin fire) it needed a certificate and it was lucky he was not arrested. As for the other two cases, why was the guys house being searched and unless you witnessed the event or have seen footage with sound, I would suggest that he might not have been as innocent as you believe. Same goes for the guy you quote as being hit over the head, as you describe it, it sounds quite illogical so again he might not have been totally innocent.

@ljb9983 Idiot!

@womble321 You sound like a total entitled jerk, please walk away if you are offended.

@nikitaw1982 I think you spell like a soccer fan (ie an uneducated moron)

An autistic 15 year old can be very dangerous, not intentionally or at least not maliciously but still dangerous.
1
TsunzucchiniTzatzikiSan Scum like you are destroying our once great country.

@CristiNeagu Did you actually read what I wrote or only read what you wanted me to say?
1
@tufty7663 At that age her parents should be held responsible for her actions and be charged with allowing her to get drunk. What if she had attacked your granny or your little sister?
1
@michellemcgill9328 Potentially quite a dangerous situation, although she might not have meant to hurt anyone or done so with malicious intent I certainly wouldn't want to deal with her kind.
1
Do we know if she was scientifically proven to be autistic, or if that is even possible?
1
@wakeupuk3860 Perhaps all the Oxford Street mob would plead that they are autistic (instead of being total retards)?
1
@slavbrav69 Sounds like your favourite dish?
1
@CristiNeagu Where did I say she was violent, only that she could have been capable of violence.
1
@stephenspence1192 No and have never wanted to be. What bugs me is that people are so ready to attack them for reacting in a way many folk would in a situation or criticising them for not reacting. I was not there when this incident happened and although there is video footage, camera angle can make things look very different.

@TheAArmstrong Have you ever seen a feral chav fight - not a pretty sight. Add drink and an "altered" sense of right and wrong again you have a potentially unpleasant situation.
1
@nofyou5182 She was probably on the blob, hence being touchy
